5 Foot WOOD Ramp Plans
Materials needed:
(1) 4’ x 8’ sheet of plywood 3/4” for the sides
(2) 4’ x 8’ sheets of plywoood 3/8” for the layers
(7) 2’ x 4’ boards for the ribs
(100) screws 5mm x 60mm for the ribs
(150) screws 5mm x 45mm for the layers
Use 5 per rib for the bottom and 6 per rib for top layer
Optional: 3mm Metal sheet for toe plate
Cut your 2’ x 4’ boards in half, so you have (14) boards that are 4’ long
You can cut the top of the 350mm x 1220 mm section out of the “surfboard” shape from the side.

(8) 8 foot 2×4’s 44x95x2400mm for the ribs
(1) 4×8 sheet of 3/4” plywood for the sides
(2) 4×8 sheet of 3/8” plywood for the layers
(2) bits of scrap 3/4 inch for the bottom and top
(100) screws 4, 5x60mm for the ribs
(150) screws 4, 5x45mm for the layers
optional 3mm thick metal sheet for toe plate
